Dark Water Clash
A bold print inspired by a stormy clash of waves in deep water.
Rich dark ocean blue and green subtly mix in this linoprint (not captured by the illustration) having been applied by hand to the first plate. The semi - transparent inks overlaid suggest the fine mist boiling foam generates. The linoprint is 35.5cm x 23cm (14" x 9").
Included in Ferens Open 2010 art show in Hull, Yorkshire, UK – OPEN until April 18, 2010. Lynne is not told if the artwork has sold so please phone the gallery to confirm the work is still available before travelling far. This print is available in Whitby in Yorkshire.
